Let’s just say this, Reunion was hilarious and shocking at the same time 😀
We loved the humor of the mean friends yet were irritated by their mentality. The film covered important issues using an innovative presentation
~Worth Watching~

Delicious
—The interaction between the bullies, Achayan (Johny Kaitharath) and Nair (Arun A Murali), was phenomenal 😄 We laughed at their mannerisms and the way they were so relaxed and corky.
We’ve surely encountered these types of friends who don’t take themselves seriously and just crack jokes on any occasion.
Pandi (Rhishi Sreenivaz) and Kunda (Abhilash Unnikrishnan), the bullied, melted our hearts with their facial expressions; we could sense the hurt and humiliation they were going through
The dynamic between the four friends was very genuine, we felt like we were in their midst
—What made Reunion stand out was the use of limited resources (due to the pandemic lockdown) to conceive such a simple but poignant screenplay. The story takes place over a conference call with each of the characters located in their house.
Reunion was indeed a ‘reunion’ of memories and it was eye-opening to see that old habits die hard.
Achayan and Nair were mean and condescending, and never reformed. Pandi and Kunda were silent and still hurting from their past traumas. Rani (Shine Thomas) was the spectator disgusted by the bullying and unable to change the situation
—Reunion definitely encouraged us to re-analyze our friendships and surround ourselves with positive vibes
—We won’t forget the superb cinematography that was so engaging. The close focus on each character was essential to show their emotions and personality. Thank you Jickson Joshy! The art direction also gave us a good idea of each friend’s identity and private space
