Delicious
âIt was a good idea for the producers to use the cinema medium to address the problem of fake medicines. Fishbone showed that anyone can fall victim to this scam and the screenplay led us on a graceful pace as we followed Inspector (Daniel Etim Effiong) tracking down Mama Tâs operations in vain
âHave to admit that weâre gradually falling for Daniel Etim Effiong đ He quietly sublimed the inspector role by maintaining a firm composure despite his fruitless efforts.
Kudos to Moshood Fattah (playing one of Mama Tâs main boy), this was our first time seeing him on screen and he was rowdy with a swag đ
âThank you Femi Awojide for the match-cut transitions that intensified the storytelling
âFishbone was quite a sad story when you realize that people are willing to kill others just for the sake of making profits. Mama T reflected the self-centered mindset humans have
Bland
âActing was unfortunately passable for the rest of the cast. Shaffy Bello (playing Mama T) didnât lose herself in the role: We could still see the same mannerisms she makes in other roles.
The character Mama T was supposed to be dark, evil, and intimidating while still keeping some family values, but thatâs not what we got with Shaffyâs performance
âWith a movie like Fishbone, a strong performance was needed so we could despise Mama T, and strong dialogues to rouse our emotions
