What does FIR stand for? Filled with Intensity and Rage 😀 because this is exactly what you get with this movie. FIR started off average, then quickly picked up the pace, and we didn’t want to miss a second. Forget about the toilet breaks, we refused to move from our seats.
And the ending scenes…. left us dazed…No one saw that coming, very impressive. That’s what you call an extraordinary script!
~So Worth Watching~
Delicious
—Nothing but admiration for the screenplay. At first glance, you’d think that FIR was the usual story about shaming the police for arresting Muslims; however, it went beyond that, sending a far more potent message. We’re not gonna give much away, so let’s stop here 🙂
It was clever for Manu Anand, the screenwriter, to include the character Anisha (a Muslim investigator) to show that a Muslim can stand for justice over fraternity. FIR was told in a very clear manner, no-nonsense action or romance; even though there were many twists, we were still able to follow the scenario
—Great fighting choreography filled with vigor and thrill!
—Vishnu Vishal (playing Irfan) will always be a darling any time any day, acting is in his DNA. Special recognition to Raiza Wilson for adequately portraying Anisha, she really made us hate her. If you ever wanted to kill someone in a movie, that would be Anisha 😀 The audacity of her insolence was sooo irritating, well done!
—Can the editor be applauded, please?
Bland
—Cinematography could have been more dramatic giving us different angles and movements to match the film’s intensity
