If we could scream from the top of a mountain to express our love for Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru, we would do it! This film was everything you could ask of a thriller; all the right buttons were pressed. No time to showcase the usual heroine or pompous hero like in most movies, Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru went straight to the core.
That first opening scene put us on edge, a mysterious person with a funny-looking face entering a house on a dark and rainy night, whoa 😃 (let’s not even spoil it for you!!) What we mean to say is that we were hooked from the very first second.

The story was intriguing, the color grading nailed, acting perfected, and lighting very much controlled. Great improvisations from the cast, dialogues were challenging us, visual and special effects couldn’t have been any better, editing on point, and we can go on and on and on. Karthick Naren, you are a force to be reckoned with!

Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru will make you reflect: What would you do if you were in their shoes? Who is guilty or not? What exactly is right or wrong? Unfortunately, can’t unveil much about the plot to prevent spoilers 😉
Cinematography captured amazing frames using powerful movements, although…sometimes, the operator lost a bit of camera control, but this is negligible
