Charge and Bail, Charge and Bail, Charge and Bail…
Wish we could charge it as an offense to jeopardize what could have been a better script and film execution ☹️

Delicious
—Advocates Nkechi (Chioma ‘Chigul’ Omeruah) and Adetola (Craze Clown) were the ones bringing excitement to the story with their genuine and funny mannerisms; we wanted to see more of them
—Charge and Bail was innovative as it focused on court environments and exposed the plight of low-income people seeking justice against giant companies

Bland
—The script, in of itself, had the potential to be grand if only it were more developed and provided more depth as to who Boma (Zainab Balogun) and the other characters were.
Charge and Bail was only scratching the surface of its storytelling. We were handed little bits and pieces to taste without savoring the actual meal
—All the actors in this movie have delivered far better performances but in Charge and Bail, it’s as if they weren’t properly guided or inspired. Such a huge regret…
The casting was a little disappointing, some couples’ chemistry didn’t match well, e.g. Boma’s parents
—The costume design wasn’t telling much of a story. Advocate Dotun (Stan Nze) wearing a long winter coat in a hot climate like Nigeria didn’t really make sense.
The amount of silk outfits became overwhelming and distracting at some point
—The director was not really aware of correctly blocking the actors in order to show emotions or direct our attention to certain characters.
The cinematography, editing, sound, dialogues, and screenplay were quite superficial, not really inviting the audience to take part in the story
