Summary: A one-location movie telling the story of a couple’s journey through the joys and pains of life inside a car

Overall Rating: Ovation
Total awe! There is no way to dislike Tokunbo. Rogba Arimoro took us on a car journey and we witnessed it all: from dating to marriage. Tokunbo made us smile, laugh, dance, upset, cry, angry, and pensive. All the right ingredients were used to produce a blast.
The wife (Kiki Omeili) and husband (Ibrahim Suleiman) were so genuine in reflecting on how couples interact. She would be grumpy, he would be teasing; she would get jealous, he would overreact🥰

Background music worked well to keep the excitement going. What set Tokunbo apart was narrating a couple’s life within the car confinement. If our cars could talk, they would tell plenty of stories about our journey. Tokunbo is about strength, unconditional love, and the power to rise back up.

Very tiny side note on the color grading which could have been more pronounced to spotlight the different moods of each scene.
All in all, the cast and crew delivered an amazing piece!
