~Worth Watching~
Delicious
—The film is titled Through Her Eyes for a reason because we really got to see Azeeza’s emotions through her eyes. She was so genuine in her acting. The pain she was going through and the words she couldn’t express were trapped in her eyes
—Nadine Ibrahim has a brilliant mind for crafting these wonderful stories about little girls. She did it with Tolu and now with Through Her Eyes, we had another narrative defending the case of young girls
—Great use of cutaway shots to give us more insights into Azeeza’s life and feelings. It’s hard to really talk about the plot without spoiling it, but what we can say is that the last scene was dynamic and jaw-dropping…(let’s stop here 😉)
—The dialogues were basic yet thought-provoking
Bland
—Audio was quite low; our TV volume was literally increased to the max and we still couldn’t hear much
