Overall Rating: Ovation
One word: “Soothing”. That’s exactly what you’re gonna get starting from the first opening scenes to the end. The soundtrack was so relaxing, releasing a gentle ambiance; we were literally cuddled.
Photography captured nice shots, especially the close-ups of the suitcase movements; consequently, we were journeying and experiencing every location with Ammukutti.
She was an angelic figure in the lives of the people she crossed paths with, being a soothing balm in the midst of anguish. She was the grandmother you wanted to have, we wanted to dance, have fun, and sing with her.
Omana Thinkal Kidavo is really hard to describe without giving away the suspense, but one thing we can say: it will open your eyes to be more sensitive about the people around you as Ammukuti said, “there are lots of lives in this world that crave for love and care”.
There was no way to tell where the director was leading us and we didn’t mind because the film set felt ‘safe’ 😀
Sooo, here we go again, a little teeny side note: the uncontrolled brightness in some scenes disrupted the flow of the narrative
But aside from that, Omana Thinkal Kidavo nailed it!
