A big round of applause to the crew for designing such a phenomenal concept with limited resources. C U Soon was so intriguing that we were literally at the edge of our seats trying to figure out what was going on

Delicious
—You can’t watch C U Soon without noticing the outstanding cinematography.
Computer screen movies can tend to be monotonous but in C U Soon, the choice of different camera angles and screen interfaces (Google Duo, CCTV, Facebook, etc) kept the storytelling fascinating.
Though the film was shot during the Covid lockdown, the crew made wise use of the limited resources
—The sound effects were a masterpiece, bringing the story to reality with the familiar sounds of mouse clicks, call drops, keyboard typing, etc
—C U Soon was filled with many turns and suspense as we were trying to unmask Anu (Jimmy’s love interest): who was she? what was her motive? was she misunderstood?
The movie sounded a big alarm on the need for online privacy and confidentiality
—Acting was lit 🔥🔥🔥 Roshan Mathew (playing Jimmy), Fahad Faasil (playing Kevin, Jimmy’s cousin), and Darshana Rajendran (playing Anu) stepped up their games
—Impeccable editing!

Bland
—Kevin’s interaction with his girlfriend Sanjana (Amalda Liz) was quite disturbing; the heavy use of language and verbal abuse was a shocker, not sure if it added anything to the story
—Some inconsistencies affected the flow of the narrative, e.g. Jimmy was able to easily access his apartment building’s CCTV room while the entire staff was coincidentally absent AND he had ample time to transfer all data to his flash drive without hindrances.
Based on Anu’s “circumstances”, it was a bit surprising that she would seek refuge in the house of a man she had never met
