Aadhaar ALMOST made us cry. It was moving to see a destitute man aimlessly looking for his wife with a newborn in his hand.
The film will definitely open your eyes to the world around, if you thought society was ruthless, think again
~Worth Watching~

Delicious
—Storytelling didn’t waste time, as soon as the movie began we saw Pachamuthu (Karunas) going to the police station to report a missing case and the investigation kicked off.
There were many characters introduced and all of them looked suspicious, including Thulasi’s attendant, the police officers, the foreman, and the older man walking alone at night. We even had to suspect Pachumuthu🙃
—The title Aadhaar was appropriately picked to stress Thulasi’s only piece of identification; she had no other records not even photos in a world where influence and prestige rule.
The same applied to Pachamuthu, he was alone, destitute, not knowing how to care for a newborn.
The intent of the movie wasn’t to show how the poor are weak and helpless but to call for resilience despite the hardship; this was well illustrated during the last scene with the raised hand and the om writing drawn on a street pavement
—Photography produced great shots with controlled and effective lighting that flowed with the sad mood. The locations were adequately chosen especially Pachamuthu’s pitiful place located inside a construction zone
—The soundtrack amplified the painful state of affairs! That voice uttered an agonizing cry reflecting Pachamuthu’s internal anguish

Bland
—Wish we could have seen a real luxury car as opposed to a computer-generated one. Its artificial look spoiled the atmosphere
—Karunas’ acting was the same as in previous movies, no major transformation. Sometimes, it appeared like his dubbed voice was more emotional than him
—The truth about Thulasi was unveiled in an unrealistic and unfulfilling way; it was hard to believe that someone in excruciating pain would have the time to recollect all the events
