A Single Story was a feel-good movie; it brought humor while educating us at the same time. You’ll never look at stereotypes the same way
~Worth Watching~

Delicious
—One major aspect that stood out with A Single Story was the capture of daily struggles: The running tap problem, issues with the police, youth unemployment, etc. The ambiance was very natural and felt homey
—The good casting choice made the story believable. The actors reacted the way we would if we were in their shoes, especially during the confrontation of a young lady fed up with policemen always asking for bribes. Kudos to everyone
—A nice soft color palette was used on the images which emphasized again the natural feel of the movie
—A Single Story made the lesson clear about stereotypes: they aren’t helpful and we should stay away from believing only one version of any story. The message was delivered in a funny but effective manner

Bland
—Some dialogues were not quite audible at times
