—‘Postpartum’ was more of an educational film like those clips screened during seminars to create awareness and teach the audience. We watched Reshmi, a new mom going through the trauma of postpartum depression without support. Storytelling was natural and flowing, exposing the toxicity of postpartum depression and the overwhelming feeling of a new mom
—Loved the inclusion of the medical professionals who delivered essential messages on the do’s and don’ts for husbands and wives when they have a new baby; if you’re a guy, you can’t watch ‘Postpartum’ and remain the same

—Sadly, ‘Postpartum’ performed weakly in terms of sound engineering, cinematography, lighting, and other production aspects
—Acting was not refined. Reshmi (Simi Varghese) had just one facial expression during her postpartum depression that didn’t feel authentic. Moreover, the rest of the cast was not memorable
—Editing could have been executed in a more cinematic way
